Square-Taper Crank Removal

The threaded extractor is designed to separate a compatible square-taper crank arm from the bottom-bracket spindle after the crank bolt has been removed.

Hardened Carbon Steel

Constructed from heat-treated and quenched carbon steel, the tool is designed to withstand the pressure generated during routine crank removal.

Simple Wrench Operation

The puller can be operated using a compatible 16 mm or 5/8-inch wrench. An adjustable wrench may also be used when a correctly sized fixed wrench is unavailable.
