4.Shipping&Delivery:
1.We can only ship battery to mainland. Island address such as Hawaii and Reunion Island, etc is not available;

4.All batteries are shipped via special channel for li-ion batteries. There’ll be updates of tracking information when the goods finish customs clearance in destination port. Q:What cells do you use to make the ebike batteries?
A:We make the ebike batteries with different cells according to different capacity. Usually we use A grade Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sanyo and Sony cells to make the battery pack. We also use high quality and powerful domestic cells based on customer’s requirements.
Q:Does the ebike batteries come with charger?
A:We offer chargers for all ebike batteries. There are plastic chargers and aluminum case chargers. We provide the chargers according to different battery capacity.
Q:What’s your delivery time?
A:Usually all the ebike batteries will be sent out within 7 days after placing order. Shipping time varies based on different countries. Shipping time is 8-15 working days for most European countries while it’s 5-10 working days to US.
